About The Grow Namibia Foundation
Namibia is home to some of the most extraordinary landscapes and wildlife on Earth. From the ancient dunes of the Namib Desert to the elephant-rich waterholes of Etosha, each national park tells a story of resilience, beauty, and conservation.
The Grow Namibia Foundation provides a streamlined permit information and facilitation service through ACCESS NAMIBIA - an independently developed platform by About Africa Co. It handles the complexity of fee calculations so you can focus on planning the journey of a lifetime.
How We Work
Independent Gateway
We are not contracted by, funded by, or operationally mandated by MEFT. ACCESS NAMIBIA is an independently developed facilitation platform created to support easier public access to tourism information and permit processing.
ACCESS NAMIBIA was developed in the broader context of tourism digitalisation and information-access discussions in Namibia. It is not an MEFT system, was not created by an MOU, and is not funded by MEFT. All fees are calculated according to the official MEFT Government Gazette.
All MEFT park entrance fees are displayed at official rates. Our facilitation fee is shown separately so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
How Your Permit Is Processed
You Book Online
Select your parks, dates, and traveller details through our secure platform. Your application is prepared instantly.
We Visit MEFT On Your Behalf
Our team physically attends the MEFT permit office in Windhoek, presents your application, and pays the official government fees.
MEFT Stamps & Receipts
The Ministry stamps your permit and issues an official receipt - confirming your booking is valid and government fees are paid.
You Receive Your Verified Permit
We scan the stamped permit and MEFT receipt, then deliver everything to you by email and through your account.
